Roof Paint

Elastomeric water-based, one-component, high UV resistance, flexible, water-proofing product.
Areas of usage
Used for asphalt-based,  bituminous,  corrugated, terrace and roof surfaces  with waterproofing purpose.
For  roofs and terraces; In slate  membrane surfaces applications,
For new and old roofs
On bituminous surfaces can be used for brattice panels (metal sheet panels) in the process of repairing as water-proof material .
Application Guide
- The paint is ready for use
- The  surface to be painted must be free from all oil, grease, wax, dust, dirt, mildew and any other foreign contaminant before painting. Scrape off all loose, peeling, blistering, chipping, cracking or flaking coating. Make any necessary repairs or replacements to damaged or leaking roof materials, fill any imperfections such as cracks, holes & gouges
- Mix Roof paint before application.
- Apply only at temperatures above 10*C
- May be applied to dry or slightly damp surfaces, using brush or roller.
- Apply generously, working the Coating into pores and cracks, they may need more paint.
- A minimum of two coats is recommended. Try to apply Coating as smoothly as possible, each layer should be painted to be perpendicular to the previous.
- For bituminous surfaces one Coating is enough.
- For metal sheet panels (brattice)  two coats should be applied.
Thinning
On bituminous surfaces  for 50% thinning the coverage rate is 350 gr /m² 
On  surfaces such as sheet metal, the coverage rate will be   600 gr / m²  for two coats.
Diluting with water in proportion 30-35%
Application requirements
Store between +5 C+ 35 C in dry place
Do not apply paint if there is risk of heavy rain or frost.  The product can not be used for frozen, melt or wet from heavy rain surfaces.

Precautions
- Absolutely no additional chemicals should be added into the product.
- Use cloves while painting
- Avoid skin and eye contact. In case of contact with eyes wash immediately with plenty of water.
