Cement based, resin containing, ready mortar to build autoclaved aerated concrete walls.
Areas of Usage
— Employed to build autoclaved aerated concrete walls.
Surface Preparation
— Before application, oil, paint, dust, and adherence lowering agents should be removed from the surface.
— Surface cracks, breaks and holes should be repaired with Newkim Repair Mortar.
— Bubbles of plaster should be removed and the surface should be dampened prior to application.
Mortar preparation
— Autoclaved aerated concrete preferably should be mixed with electric mixer.
— First fill a plastic container with water and then add the autoclaved aerated concrete while preparing a mortar with 8-9 litres of water and 25 kg. autoclaved aerated concrete.
— Mix it again after waiting for 5 minutes.
Application İnformation
— Apply the prepared mortar on horizontal and vertical surfaces with comb.
— Grouth should be up to 3mm thickness. Aerated concrete blocks. are placed by beating with a mallet on the top an from sides.
— The attachment of columns and walls to aerated concrete blocks should be performed by virtue of aerated adhesive during the building process.
— The first layer should be built balanced with cement mortar.
— Aerated concrete block surfaces always should be dampened with water before application.
Consumption
3-5 kg/m² (It may change depending on application method)
Warnings
— Never add foreign materilas into the prepared mortar (lime, cement, gypsum, etc.)
— The mortar should not be used by mixing with water or dry mortar if usage period there of has expired.- Aerated concrete block surfaces should be moistened with water before application.
— It is recommended to make the application between a temperature range of +5°C - +35°C
— Do not apply on frozen surfaces.- Gloves should be used for cement-based materials during application.

Packaging
In kraft packaging paper of 25 kg.
Shelf Life
Packaged product should not be kept in moist environments. Contents of open packages should be consumed within 7 days without being exposed to adverse external factors.
It can be stored up to 12 months in its original packaging in a dry place.
