SURFACE PREPARATION
— Care must be taken to ensure that the application surface is covered.
— Application surface and plates are solid and dust, oil, paint, silicone, curing material, detergent etc. should be cleaned from anti-stick materials.
— Ensure that the application surface is wet and damp.
MORTAR PREPARATION
— Application surface must be cleaned from dust, oil, paint and other chemicals and loose particles.
— Surface defects must be corrected 24 hours before the Newkim Repair Fare.
— All mineral based absorbent surfaces should be wetted and wetted before application.
— In case of high surface absorbency, application should be made after Newkim Liquid Primer is applied to the surface.
APPLICATION DETAILS
— The mortar is applied to the surface by pulling the threaded steel with malleate in one direction.
— The size of the tooth of the malange should be determined according to the size of the granite to be laid and the smoothness of the surface to be applied.
— Granites 20 min. to the surface of the mortar.
— Force is applied with the help of rubber hammer to ensure the granite full contact of the mortar. Care should be taken to leave the desired joint spacing between the granites.
— Joint filling process can be started at least 48 hours after bonding.

WARNINGS
— It should not be applied on surfaces which are frozen, melted or danger of frost within 24 hours.
— Do not apply in direct sun, strong wind or hot surfaces.
— During the application, it should be ensured that Newkim Granite Tile Adhesive Filler does not form a film on the surface. If the film is formed, then that portion should be re-combed.
PACKING

SHELF LIFE
— It can be stored on a pallet for 12 months with 10 stacks in damp environments and unopened package.
