Surface Preparation
Very porous surfaces should be wetted. The operation should be started after the water layer is  disappears, and the surface is still moist
Significant defects or holes on the surface should be repaired with Thick Repair Mortar at least 24 hours before the application of Granite Ceramic Adhesive Mortar.
Regional damages with a thickness below 7 mm can be repaired by using Granite Ceramic Adhesive Mortar.
The mortar should be applied to the surface and the thickness should be adjusted with a threaded steel trowel.
The tooth size of the trowel should be determined by the size of the ceramic to be laid and the smoothness of the surface to be treated.
In case of large size ceramics, mortar should be applied both on the application surface and on the back of the ceramic. (Double-sided bonding).
Suitable for all outdoor, floor and wall applications.
Preparation of Mortar
An average of 6-7 liters of water and 25 kg of Flex Granite Ceramic Adhesive Mortar should be mixed thoroughly with a low speed mixer or trowel so that no lumps remain.
Leave the Flex Granite Ceramic Adhesive Mortar waiting for 5 minutes and mix again for 1-2 minutes before application.
The mortar should be applied to the surface and its thickness should be adjusted with a threaded steel trowel.
The outer dimension of the trowel should be determined according to the size of the ceramic to be laid and the smoothness of the application surface.

Warnings And Recommendations
In joint application it is recommended the use of Newkim Silicone Flex Grouting.
No foreign materials should be added.
After application, all tools should be washed with water before drying.
In case of applications on facades, the ceramics up to 2000 cm² cannot be applied in distances higher than 6 meters and ceramics between 2000 cm² and 3600 cm² cannot be applied in distances higher than 3 meters.
Application Conditions
Ambient temperature: +5 °C to +35 °C.
It should not be applied on frozen or melting surfaces or on surfaces under the risk of frost within 24 hours.
Do not apply under direct sun rays, in strong wind or on hot surfaces.
Make sure that Newkim Flex Granite Ceramic Adhesive Mortar does not form any film on the surface during its application and if the film is formed, the relevant part should be re-dredged.
