Line Textured Decorative Plasters

It is a white, cement based, single component, polymer additive mineral textured finishing coat materila that is applied with a trowel and specifically designed for composite thermal insulation system.
Areas Of Use
— Decorative finishing coat materila for insulation systems.
— Used on exterior and interior facade plaster surfaces.
Preparation of the Surface
— Appication surface and boards must be solid and free from such materials preventing the bonding as dust, oil, paint, silicon, curing agent, detergent, etc.
— Newsan Multi-Purpose Primer is applied on the surface with a brush or a roller before the appication of the product.
Preparation of the Mixture
— 25 kg. of Newkim Decorative Plaster is mixed with around 6-6.5 lt. of clear water preferably with a low rotation mixer or a trowel until there is no lump.
— Prepared mixture is left to stand for around 2-3 mm. so that ageing occors and then applied after being stirred.
— The mixture within the pot should be used wthin 1.5 to 2 hours.
Information Regarding Application
— Material should be applied on the surface with a steel trowel and spread to the whole surface with equal thickness. Thickness of application should be determined according to the biggest aggregate.
— Within at most 10 minutes, draw patterns on the plater by making circular movements with the trowel while the materila is still wet.
— After completion of the application, dampen the surface until the cement setles if the ambient temperature is high.
Consumption
— 2,5 kg/m² ( Varies depending on the application method)
Caution
— Avoid using the product at temperatures under +5°C or over +35°C.
— If possible, carry out the application without interruption. If a break needs to be taken, divide the surface into 20 m² sections and carry out the application.
— Do not add powder or water to expride products.
— The product shouldn’t be used on horizontal surfaces that get wet in the rain.

In 25 kg. kraft bags.
Shelf Life
It can be stored for 12 months on palettes provided that they are stacked tenfold in moisture-free spaces without being unpacked.
