Fast Stiffening Surface Sealand Mortar

Cement-based, quick set plug mortar that is usde to stop water leakages.
Areas Of Use
— It is used safely in the foundations, basements, lift shafts, underground garages and storages, water tanks and on internal and external ferroconcrete walls of these tanks, also in reservoirs, drainage systems and tunnels.
Properties
— It can be applied in two ways; as dry or as a mortar composed when it is mixed with sufficient amount of water.
— It can stop water leakages very quickly.
— It is ready for use
— It does not contain chloride and it does not damage the reinforcement.
Surface Preparation
— The surface on wich the plug mortar will be used, should be cleared of oil, mortar, dust and blooming residue.
— In the event that the water leakage is pressurized; water coming from the surface, should be drained by a pipe before the application.
Preparing The Mortar
—It can be applied in the form of dust or mortar.
— For mortar application, mix the product with water and apply on the where there is leakage.
— For dry application, apply the dust product by your hand on the area where there is leakage, and press here until the materila hardens.
Adhesive Preparation And Application
— As the product hardens rapidly, small amount of product and water should be mixed. The unpacked product should be usde in a week.
— Use safety glass and glove during applicatino. Do not use hardened materila.
Consumption
— 2 mm thickness from 2-3 kg/lt.
Caution
— Wash all the instruments and equipment with fresh water after use.
— It is recommended to make the application between a temperature range of +5°C / +35°C.
Packaging
5 kg. and 20 kg. plastic can.
Shelf Life
— It is fit for use 6 months as of the date production, if it is preserved correctly under dry and cool conditions is its original, unopened and undamaged package.
