Sil-Star / Silicone Exterior Paints

APPLICATION FIELD
- Conventional plaster, concrete, gross beto, chipboard, aerated concrete, brick and old painted facades.

SURFACE PREPARATION
- Any kind of dirty, dirty, etc. the floor should be cleaned.
- The surface to be applied must be dry and clean without moisture.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Substrate finishes must be applied to clean dry and smooth surfaces (with Newsant Surface Correction Paste and Newsen Silicone Exterior Paint applied).
- It should be thinned according to the thinning ratio written on the package and homogenized by mixing.
- Shorten the application ready area with brush. Then min. 2 coats of topcoat paint is applied.
- In practice, care must be taken to ensure that roll movements are correct in one direction.
- Wait 2-4 hours depending on ambient temperature between application layers.
- Precautions should be taken to avoid trapping.
- In order to obtain a homogeneous and more clingy surface, it is recommended to use roller applications for 2-3 minutes depending on ambient temperature. then it is recommended to perform the 'SCANNING' operation by passing over the painted surface with the same roll (without taking the paint on the roller).
DRYING TIME
- Second coat Application: At least 2 - 4 hours
- Final Drying: Min. 24 hours
CONSUMPTION
- With 1 kg, single layer can be painted 8 - 10 m² area depending on the shape and flooring.
PACKAGING
- 20 Kg. / 10 Kg. / 3.5 Kg. PE bucket
STORAGE
- It can be stored for 1 year in unopened package, in cool place, protected from direct sunlight and frost.
