SURFACES TO BE APPLIED

APPLICATION DETAILS
- After the main material is mixed, the hardener and guars fill are added and mixed for 2-3 minutes until homogenous.
- The mixture is rested for 15 minutes and then applied.
- All surface to be applied; dirt, dust, grease and streaks are removed from the surface of the mechanical or chemical exposure is exposed.
- Cracked, broken, and dented spots are leveled with epoxy repair paste.
- The entire surface is coated with a suitable epoxy primer.
- After 16-20 hours depending on the ambient and surface temperature, the last coat of epoxy coating is applied.
- Do not prepare more than the amount that can be applied during the mixing life.
- Saw-toothed steel trowel should be used for the coating thickness to be given at the start of application. The trapped air should be removed with the help of a hedgehog roller.
ATTENTION
- New concrete and cement plaster should cure for at least 21 days.
- Mortar increase on the cured surface etc. After removal by light sanding or brushing, the selected primer is applied. Old paint, dirt, dust etc. on the old concrete and cement plaster surface. loose particles are removed by sandblasting, scraping, brushing.
- Oil and grease residues are cleaned with detergent water. If neutralization is necessary, the surface is wiped with 3-4% hydrochloric acid or acetic acid solution and washed with water.
- Care must be taken to ensure that the floor is completely dry before the primer is applied.
TECHNICAL DETAILS
- Mix Life; 1 hour at 20 ° C. As the amount of mixture and the ambient temperature increase, the life of the mixture decreases.
- Waiting Time Between Coats; At least 24 and up to 48 hours. If this time is exceeded, the floor should be roughened with sandpaper for good adhesion.
- Drying Time; Surface dry at 20 ° C: 6-8 hours Full dry at 20 ° C: 16-24 hours
- Curing Time; 7 days at 20 ° C. During this time the paint filminin should not be exposed to any chemical and mechanical influences.
DRYING TIME
- Drying Time: Dry at 6-8 hours at 20 ° C (50% relative humidity).
- Full Drying: 16-24 hours
THINNING
- Operation is ready.
APPLICATION DETAILS
- Sawtooth is applied with steel trowel.
APPLICATION TEMPERATURE
- Do not apply below + 10 ° C.
CONSUMPTION
- There is no theoretical consumption amount.
PACKAGING
- 20 kg. (17.5 kg paint + 2.5 kg hardener)
STORAGE
- In closed protected areas, it should be stored in its original packaging protected from direct sunlight and freezing.
- Storage life is 1 year in packaging.
