Epoxy Paint

Areas of Usage
- Sticks perfectly on metal sheet, galvanized, aluminium, wooden or mineralsurfaces.
- Used on any wooden, metal or mineral surface which has been exposed to water,seawater, chemicals and erosion.
- Great performance in general industrial, machine production, metal preservationand marine applications.

- Should not be thinned out of the mentioned ratios.
Instruction Manual
- The surfaces of application should be cleansed of any material which can reduceadherence.
- Metal surfaces should be sandblasted at Sa2 ½ degree minimum and should beundercoated with Epoxy Paint Base at least six hours before.
- After the paint base gets dry (in 4-6 hours), last coat is applied.
- Last coat of paint should be mixed with hardener in mentioned ratio. Beforeapplication, preliminary reaction is to be waited for 15-20 minutes to take place.
- Surface temperature should be at least +10C
Paintable Area
- 400-600 gr/m 2 (paint+hardener/50 microns dry film thickness)
Application tools
Brush, roller, airless, pistole.
Duration of Drying (At 23°C (±2°C) %55 (±5°C)
- Hardening, 12 hours.
- Complete drying, 3 days.
Consumption
400-600 gr/m 2 (minimum 3 coats)
Thinning
With epoxy thinner, 2-5% (when necessary)Package

Storage
Can be stored for 1 year in its package, in a cool place, without exposure to sunlightor frost.
