Rapid Mat Paint

APPLICATION AREAS
- Solvent based, matt-like, fast-drying, weather-resistant paint used on all metal surfaces.
- Machine parts, agricultural, household, garden tools, tractor, trailer, transformer, autoradiator parts, barrel, valve, steel cabinet, table and so on. Used for painting tools.
SURFACE PREPARATION
- The surfaces to be applied should be cleaned from all kinds of materials, dirt, rust and oil to reduce adherence.
- If necessary, primer with industrial rapid primer.
APPLICATION FORM
- It is applied in two layers directly on metal or primed surfaces.
- Second coat application should be done within 1 hour after application of first coat and / or after completion of chemical coat.
- Applying the second coat after completing the chemical drying causes the paint to wrinkle the film.
THINNING / MIXING RATIO
- Cellulosic thinner can be thinned by 20 - 30% with industrial thinner.
DRYING TIME
- Drying of the powder at 23 ° C and 50% relative humidity in 10-20 minutes,
- Touch dry in 2-3 hours,
- Completes hard drying in 24 hours.
- Completes the chemical drying in at least 5 days.
RECOMMENDED APPLICATIONS
- Paint gun, pistole and brush.
DYNAMIC (FIREABLE) AREA
- Approximately 8-10 m2 with 1 kg in practice with pistole.
- 30 - 50 micron dry film thickness can be painted area.
- Application quantities may vary depending on the color to be applied.
