Rapid Bright Paint

APPLICATION AREAS
- Solvent based, matt-like, fast-drying, weather-resistant paint used on all metal surfaces.
- Machine parts, agricultural, household, garden tools, tractor, trailer, transformer, autoradiator parts, barrel, valve, steel cabinet, table and so on. Used for painting tools.
SURFACE PREPARATION
- The surfaces to be applied should be cleaned from all kinds of materials, dirt, rust and oil to reduce adherence.
- If necessary, primer with industrial rapid primer. 
APPLICATION FORM
- It is applied in two layers directly on metal or primed surfaces.
- Second coat application, within 1 hour after application of first coat and / or chemical    it should be done after drying.■ Applying the second coat after completing the chemical drying causes the paint to wrinkle the film.
APPLICATION DETAILS
- Any kind of dust, dirt, oil, etc. Removed.
- After opening the package, it is preferably homogenized by thoroughly mixing with a drill motor    and added to the specified viscosity by Industrial Thinner.
- Directly on metal or surface primed with NEWSAN Rapid Primer    NEWSAN Rapid Paint is applied by thinning method by 20-25%.
- It is recommended to apply to the surface of the lining in order to obtain good results.
- In situations where a second coat application is required, application should be made after 1 hour.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
- The air temperature is between 5 ° C and 50 ° C,
- The temperature of the floor to be applied is between 10 ° C and 30 ° C,
- Relative Humidity should be <85%.
DRYING TIME (20ºC)
- Touch Dry: 10-15 minutes.
- Dust Retention: 20 - 30 minutes.
- Full Drying: 1-2 hours.
THINNING
- Rapid thinner is thinned by 20-25%.
CONSUMPTION
- Depending on the characteristics of the surface to be painted, it can be painted 10-15 m² with 1 lt paint.
PACKAGING

STORAGE
- Covered should be stored in protected areas protected from direct sunlight and freezing in original package.
- The storage life is 1 year.
