Liquid Primer for SBR-406 Screed Applications

Product Description
Acrylic emulsion based, used for fixation of powder and highly absorbent surfaces, colourless, non-soapy, water repellent and very high bonding properties, ready to use high adherence primer.
Usage Areas
It is used to increase adherence to the old concrete before the new concrete under ground level screeds, especially on high absorbency floors, and to ensure water and moisture impermeability.
Surface Preparation
Application surface must be cleaned of dust, oil, paint, silicone, curing material, detergent etc. which prevent adhering.

Application Details
— NEWKIM SBR-406 is poured on the surface without thinning and applied in one layer by spreading equal amounts on the surface.
— It may be necessary to apply two layers on very absorbent surfaces.
— Before the application of leveling screed, it should be applied in two layers and the primer should be cured.
— Significantly reduces the absorbency of the surface to which it is applied.
 Application Conditions
— Duration of drying in moist weather conditions is extended.
—  The stated times apply at 20 ° C surface and ambient temperature.
At low temperatures, the duration is shortened at high temperatures.
