Ceramic Adhering Liner On Ceramic Surface

It is signle component, acrylic emulsiyon based liner increasing the adherence before coating ceramic and balancing the surfaceabsorption with high adhering capabiliy.
Surfaces To Be Applied
— It is used as liner on smooth and polished surfaces such as ceramic and marble.— It is not suitable for surfaces which are under continuous het exposure.
Properties
— It creates a rough surface for adhering ceramic on smooth and polished grounds and increases adherence.— It enhances the adherence by adhering the powdered elements on the surface.— It is ready for use and can be applied by a roll or brush.— It is does not contain any solvents. No smell. It is not harmful for health and environment.
Application Method
— The surface should be cured and robust
.— The surface should be cleared off the residus that might hinder the adherence.
— Newkim Ceramic Adhering Liner on Ceramic Surface should be applied by roll or brush withouth any ingredients.
— The temperature of the surface should be minimum +5°C and not exposed to rain.
— Drying time is 45-60 minuts.
— Hand should be washed thoroughly with plenty of water after application.
— Material is firstly applied heavily with brushes (1st. layer) The 2nd and 3rd layers are applied on each other vertically to reach the desired thickness and smoothness.
— Must be cured within 24-48 hours after application.
— Cares must be taken to protect the surface from sunlight, rain and frost during and after application for at least 3 days.
— Grounds for walking must be covered with decorative coatings such as screed, tile, ceramic, glazed tile etc. in 3 days after application.

— 150 gr/m² (For single layer)

Shelf Life
— 12 months in unopened packages in dry storage conditions.
