It refers to lining to increase the surface adherence before plerster applications to be performed on exposed concrete.
Areas Of Use
— It is used to increase adhesion of concr ete basedmaterials through reducing the abrosbing capacity of surfaces such as plaster, coccrete, screed of wood.— It is used to increase afficiency and avoid dusts before the applications such as ceramic coating, leveling screed, isolation or pain ting.
Lining Preparation
The application surfaces must be sound, clean and dry including the bearing capacity. The lining application will be performed by a textured roller.
Thining Retio is Maximum
— 50% in accordance with the intended consistence. It must be mixed by a low-speed mixer until it becomes homogenous.— The thinned lining is applied as single-coat. — In Order to obtain best reuslt. it is important to mix the lining periodically during application. — The concrete based plasters must bu waited for minimum 24 hours following the lining application. — All used materilas must be cleaned with water.
Consumption
— 0.100-0.150lt\m2 fot single-coat application.
Caution
— It is recommended to make the application between a temperature range of +5°C / +35°C.
Packaging
12 kg. of PE bucket.
Shelf Life
It can be stored for 12 months on palettes provided that they are stacked tenfold in moisture-free spaces without being unpacked.
Healt And Security
— As it is with all chemical products, avoid contact with food products, skin, eyes and mouth during application or storing. — When swallowed accidentally, consult your doctor. In case of contact with skin, wash with abundant water.
