Repair Mortar that facilitates working by increasing the performance of cement based products.
Areas of Use
Indoors and outdoors repairs of plaster cracks and holes and plastering of stucco and concrete surfaces for leveling.
Benefits
Used as a repair and leveling plaster in all areas with high adhesion and strength properties thereof. Water and frost resistant. Provides a smooth surface prior to coating of the final layer.
Preparing the Surface
All kinds of substances such as mould oil, paint, dust and etc. should be removed. Loose parts with low adherence, should be removed from the surface. The application shall be performed after damping the surface.
Preparing the Mortar
Appropriate amount of water (4-5lt. of water 25kg bag) is placed in a mixing bowl. The powder material is added and mixed with a low- speed hand mixer. The mortar is left to settle for 5 minutes and then stirred until a homogeneous consistency is achieved.
Application
Surface leveling: The prepared mortar is applied with a steel trowel. Surface finishing is applied with a steel trowel or sponge trifling. Application thickness is 3 - 5mm. Thicker applications are applied in two coats. Thesecond coat is applied after the first coat dries.Repair Purpose: Plaster parts are removed. A V shaped cross-section with the depth of approximately 5mm is made along the crack. Filing is made with a trowel and when the filler is hardener.

In 25 kg. kraft bags.
Shelf Life
— It is recommended to be consumed within 1 year from date of manufacture provided that they are stored in their original packaging by placing at most 8 sacks on top of another or within 1 week after the bag is opened.
