Double Component Liquid Membrane / NW2-K

Two component elasticity and tensile strength are reinforced bitumen based, quick drying, elastic water based insulation material.
Usage Areas
- In basements, bases, basic upholstery, pipe passage areas,
- At joints of reinforced concrete elements,
- Gluing of drainage and insulation plates
- Insulates on mineral surfaces such as concrete, alum, plaster, calcareous sandstone, gazebos and brick.
- It is effective against water coming from positive direction.
- Not used in negative direction.
- Applicable by everyone.
- The product is prepared to be made with trowel.
- If application is done with brush, 2 lt. It is used by thinning with water.
Application Recommendations
- The liquid component must be mixed before putting the tofu component. Mix the two components with a low speed mixer (-400 rpm) until homogeneous and lumpless.
- Depending on the mixing temperature, about 30 min. should be used within.
- The mixture is horizontal and vertical surfaces as two separate layers of uniform and uniform layers of unrolled.
Drying Time
- The drying time decreases as the temperature increases.
Consumption Amount
-3-4 kg / m2
-Oil nemesis & non-pressurized water: 3 mm dry film thickness
- Low hydrostatic water pressure: 4 mm dry film thickness
- For pasting glue: 0,5 kg / kgm2
Retention Terms and Duration
- It can be stored for 6 months in a cool and dry place in its original packaging.
