Ready Hand Plaster

Cement-based, general-purpose liquor which can be applied by hand and coarse and fine plaster function.
USAGE AREAS
- Indoors and outdoors
- It is applied on brick, gazbeton, concrete, gross concrete, pumice, briquette wall and ceiling surfaces.
ADVANTAGES
- It provides easy and fast application with machine.
- The surface is finished by single coat application.- Thin and thin plaster functions together.
- Provides high adhesion and strength at all points of the surface with its homogenous structure.
- Water-repellent feature makes it more resistant to water and nourishment compared to traditional plaster.
FIELDS TO BE APPLIED
- Direct plaster application on metal, wood, wood surfaces should not be done.
- Not applicable on gypsum surfaces.
- Old painted surface, ready colored plaster, exterior façade, unstable old plastered,    it can not be applied on surfaces with asbestos cement or insulation panels that can be exposed to continuous nose.
SURFACE PREPARATION
- The surface to be applied is made of mold oil, dust, paint, dirt, etc. should be removed from the materials that prevent it from sticking.
- Cracks and holes on the surface should be repaired with Newkim repair mortars.
- The surface should be moistened before application.
- Gas concrete, gross concrete, pre-spreading should be done on the surfaces 3 days before application,    the applied primer should be applied after plastering (72 hours) after dry.
- The applied primer should be wetted at regular intervals for 3 days.
- On gross concrete surface with surface smoothness and gloss, with gross concrete underlay     pre-spreading should be done and after application it should be applied.
PREPARATION OF HARVESTER
- Newkim ready-mixed machine liquid, mixed with plaster mixing machine (4-5 Lt. water, 25 kg bag)     sprayed to the surface.
- Application thickness is 1 cm to 2.5 cm on one floor.    If the thickness is more than 2.5 cm    maximum 2-2,5 cm thickness is applied.
- Use special aluminum profiles for smooth plaster application, corner    Corner profiles should be used to prevent breakage.
- Machine fluid sprayed in horizontal strips between 2 ano special aluminum    gauge profiles.
- After the plaster is hardened sufficiently, the application of the surface is finished with the help of a damp sponge.
APPLICATION PROPERTIES
- Waiting time after primer coat: 30 minutes
- Application thickness: 10-50 mm
- Applicable layer thickness: maximum. 25 mm
- Waiting time between coats: minimum 1 day
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
- During application, care must be taken that ambient temperature is between +5 ° C and +35 ° C.
- Do not apply on surfaces that are frozen, melted or exposed to frost within 24 hours.
- Do not apply under direct sunlight or strong wind.
APPLICATION INSTRUMENTS
- Hand mixer, steel trowel, gauge, trowel.
CONSUMPTION
- Approximately 13.5 kg / m2 for 1 cm plaster thickness
PACKAGING
- Kraft packages of 25 Kg.
SHELF LIFE
- It is advised to consume 1 year from the production date and within 1 week after the bag is opened, provided that it is placed on top of the original package up to 8 rows without opening in dry and frost free environment.
- If not used, the mouth of the package should be tightly closed.
